Yusuf is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Managing Partner in the firm. He is also the Partner in charge of Commercial and Dispute Resolution Department.

Yusuf holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Yusuf further holds a Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance from Umma University. He is currently undertaking his master’s degree in Law at The Liverpool John Moores University.

He has previously worked for Tororei and Company Advocates where he focused on Banking and Finance, Commercial transactions, Real Estate and Property Law. He later transitioned to Ali and Company Advocates where he then developed an interest in General Litigation, Islamic Banking and Finance law as well as various aspects of Sharia Law. He has over the years undoubtedly harnessed his skills in the said areas.

Yusuf sits at the Nairobi Kadhi’s Court Bar-Bench Committee as a member. He equally sits at Nairobi Children’s Court, Milimani bar-bench committee. He is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a Certified Mediator.

He possesses vast knowledge and experience in Legal Compliance and Audit. He is also passionate about providing Legal Aid as well as Corporate Social Responsibility.
